I heard from John and there will be a Memorial Service sometime in March. He said he will let me know when they have the exact date. Im sure this is very hard for John being as they were twins.

Hi  Tom, just reviewed the current EM list of  59'ers attending the 60th reunion. I know Joyce and I replyed  that we would love to be there, but the Vagts family has scheduled a family reunion in July. At this time we are not sure we can be back in Michigan in August. I appreciate all your efforts and Ann's in keeping the class close with scheduled gatherings. There is no way to avoid losing fellow classmates so these opportunities are so important. If unable to attend wonder if I can send a note of congratulation you would convey on our behalf? TU Doug

Just found out that another of our classmates has passed away.  Carolynn wojik(Metz)  was an elementary teacher in the Lakeview system for 35 yrs. She was a good friend of mine. A very talented painter.  She leaves 2 siblings- Carolynn- her daughter,and Fred- her son.

I just wanted to pass along the info. That the sponsor of our class  Jack Metz passed away on Jan 31 st. I believe in he lived in Florida. His wife Donna had passed away 5 yrs. Ago.
