Went by the Blue Goose, they need a dishwasher. I think most of the 59 class went to the school near the B.G.,well looks like they are tearing  it down. If it is ,you might want to collect a brick, for memories

Several people have indicated in the survey that they are interested in having a get together sooner ranther than later.

Well, turns out there is another multi-year Lakeview party scheduled for Saturday, July 30 at SCS Memorial Park. www.facebook.com/events/1717369278520242/

Starts at noon. Potluck. I plan to be there about 3. All are welcome.

Tom,I am not getting added responses to A reunion. Is it just me?Thanks in advance.

I am for a reunion I would attend along with Peggy.  The reason the responses are slow is because at our age we can only take one day a a time.  Len, it is not your fault

I received a call from classmate Bill Gammicchia two days ago indicating a problem that will reauire surgery on Mnday at Troy Beaumont. They found two cysts on his brain one larger than the other and they are drilling in to his skull to remove or reduce these cysts.  Please iclude him in your prayers.

Bud. Thanks for info on Bill. We should all include him in our prayers.

Len. As far as I can tell, there are no new responses coming in to the survey. Seems to be some sort of glitch happening and will turn the survey off later today. Will also make a report on turn out at alumnae picnic today.

Alumni Picnic: Nobody showed from our class. Only me and a couple, Tom Cipelli and Gail Holoham (Perry) from the '58 class. Otherwise, there was just a bunch of young wipper-snappers and their music. The people from the 60's were entirely missing. Still.

Here I am, still kicking, albeit not without holding on!  We may be the last of the Culver crowd and I'm happy you're still "there".  Love to you and yours.

We had an awesome vacation. Some time in Amsterdam then an eight day cruise from Amsterdam to Basel with daily stops along the way.  We then flew from Zurich to Rome for a week.  Then flew back to Vallarta via Amsterdam.  Great trip!!  Thanks to Doug Vaghts. He did a river cruise and said it was great. So when my wife suggested one for us I did not hesitate to agree.

I’m still alive and well. Had my 75th birthday this weekend. Thanks for the birthday wishes Bob. Still struggling to get my arms around that concept. Fortunately, the gene pool has been good to me and I am in pretty good shape health-wise.
Sandie and I just returned from a two week road trip to Colorado. In the process, we hit the National Parks, Grand Canyon, Mesa Verde, Bryce, Zion, Cedar Breaks. Went fly fishing for the first time on the Arkansas River in Southern Colorado; successfully- two browns and a rainbow.
Coming back to Michigan for my Mom’s 95th birthday December 12.
If we are going to have a 60th reunion, we should get started. Maybe we could reconvene the reunion committee. If we do, I’m in.

Wow, Len!  Look what you have done! Created a burst of sharing!

Ok, I'll share that my brother and I just took a cross country trip to Seattle, where my sister lives. We caught all the major tourist sites including Mt. Rushmore, Yellowstone, etc that I saw 40 years ago but my brother had not. Still impressive. But what I saw for the first time was the Cascades that made the Rockies look small!

We also confirmed that marijuana is legal in Washington State. Of course we had to try some editables.

Ok, Rick. If you want to start pre-planning the 2019 reunion, I will be glad to work on a meeting venue when you visit in December.

Other than I need a new hip everything is good. Hope that is the worst thing I need to think about for some time.

50th anniversary is later this month and our daughter will fly in from Montana for the event.  Our son, his wife and our grand daughter will also be there.

Gerry, the meeting you referenced is ROMEO (Retired Old Men Eating Out) and meets at noon on the  third Thursday of every month,  It's open to all LHS graduates regardless of graduation year.  If anyone is around on that Wednesday stop by and say hello.

Reading all the current messages I see where many of us are into  replacement body parts and thank goodness this has come so far in the last five years. Joyce and I yesterday attended a seminar on hip and knee replacements. These procedures are done iwith the help of robotics here in Hartford, Ct. On Moday I will be scheduling my knee. I'm not sure if you classify this as a sign of the times or not. Not looking forward but need to eliminate the pain. Wishing well to all fellow classmates in the same situation. Doug
